How to order

When you order items, the following informations are necessary.

1) Your Name
2) Your address
3) Your Telephone number
4) Item name and Item numbers which you want to order.


Payment

We accept IPMO (International Postal Money Order) or Cash (Japanese Yen) only. IPMO is a pink paper that you can buy it at US Post office.

Any MO's issued at banks (even if they are international ones.) and Paypal are not acceptable.

In case of paypal ,We have to charge you 3% for the amount

Process

When we received your order, we will check if they are still available or not.

If they are available, we will send you our reply with total price, method of payment and our address.

After you received our reply, please send an email to confirm and finalize the order process. Orders are confirmed on a "first come, first serve basis."

When we receive your confirmation, we will reserve the Items for you.
( displayed as "RESERVED" and your initials beside the item number. So you can check our HP for your initials.)

Payment must be made in advance. Please send your payment within 10 days after you received a confirmation mail. And send us email after you have made payment. So we can track your order.

When you send the payment, we recommend you send it by a Registered mail or a Global Priority Mail. If you send it by a normal mail and we will not receive it, we are sorry but we will not take responsibility for your payment.

After we received your payment, we will send you the Item by EMS

Express Mail Service.
Also, we will send you the EMS tracking number so you can track the order to your address.
